Been working on this prototype for about a week now and I think it's pretty alright so far.
Got a lot of stuff in this initial thing.
Hitboxes are all modular so i can adjust them per sprite animation, and attacks in general have a lot of variables to them including a whiff if animation lock if you miss.
Can block attacks by holding back while the enemy is attacking, Standard grounded fighter logic, jump beats crouch block and low beats standing block.
Jumps can be at variable heights depending how long you hold the jump key for.
Obviously these are just working sprites, although my friends and family say i should just make it a Boxy Boxing game LOL
Definitely all of the bugs everywhere to be seen in this but I'm attempting to make the code workable for changes as I go.
